To do that effectively, we prefer to visit each new client and view the actual project space, take measurements, discuss what they would like and how they wish to utilize their outdoor area. After the site visit, the client reviews a detailed proposal in our Showroom where we strive to find the solution that best fits their needs.
While discussing the proposal, each client can review item-by-item pricing which allows them to accept each item individually, remove it completely, or make changes to size or product selection. This approach allows our clients to meet their budget and lifestyle goals.

Step 1 – Reach Out To Us
Call or email (513.601.1789 or [email protected]) our office to speak with us. Together we will be scheduling two appointments….one for a Site Inspection Visit and another appointment for a Showroom Visit.
There is a $99 fee associated with this service, which is payable at the time the two appointments are scheduled. Why do we charge a fee? We are outdoor living professionals that charge a small fee that enables us to spend more time with the serious clients who are ready to invest in their backyard. We take the time to:
– meet you in person
– listen to your wants and needs
– contact trades and suppliers for accurate material prices
– give you our professional opinion
Each project is highly customizable, making it extremely difficult to provide any sort of standard pricing. Depending on the scope of the project, our team may invest 2-4 hours putting your entire proposal together. We believe that $99 is a small fee, for the time that we put into your proposal, to show that we are serious about earning your business and gaining your trust with accurate pricing.
Step 2 – Site Inspection Visit
We will visit your home, take measurements, discuss the initial design/project scope as well as gain an in-depth understanding of the purpose of the space. We may ask questions to exercise your mind, or make you think outside-the-box.
This data is used to create a detailed proposal with exact prices on a line-by-line basis. Doing this eliminates any uncertainty of project costs for each facet of a client’s proposal.
Step 3 – Working Showroom Visit
The Showroom visit not only breaks down the full scope and costs associated with each new project, it is also a working meeting and all decision makers should be present. We invest this time in hopes to earn your business at the end.
Our sales team works with clients to select products and colors, answer questions about products, discuss alternative options, and review financing, if needed. During this appointment, we can change materials or project size to suit any client’s budget requirements. We will also review CMR’s next steps if you decide to move forward with us. We want each client to feel comfortable with us and vice versa.
Step 4 – Choose CMR for your project!
After all decisions have been finalized, it’s time to sign your formal contract with us and allow CMR Outdoor Living to create your perfect outdoor space!
